강 동 화, 디자이너
강동화는 2010년 홍익대학교 건축학과를 졸업하였다. 재학시절,
파리의 '빌모트 건축'과 서울의 독일건축가 사무소 '비욘드더
보이드'에서 인턴으로 근무하였다. 다양한 문화의 건축사무소
에서 경험을 쌓았던 것이 계기가 되어 다른 문화의 건축을
공부하고자 네덜란드 ‘델프트 공대’에서 유학하였다. 2012년,
석사학위와 네덜란드 건축사를 취득하였다. 다양한 문화
속에서의 건축적 경험은 건축의 지역성에 관심을 갖는 기회가
되었으며, '황두진 건축'에서의 실무를 통해 지역성의 재정립을
위한 발판을 마련하고자 한다.

Donghwa Kang, Designer
Donghwa Kang graduated in architecture at Hongik University in 2010. During his studies, he completed internships at ‘Wilmotte & Associates’ in Paris and at Beyond the Void’, a German architectural office based in Seoul. These experiences played a big part in his decision to pursue his studies abroad after graduating. 2009년 2월 한양대학교 건축학과를 졸업한 김태연은
재학시절 목동 해누리타운, 마곡 워터프론트 현상설계
등에 참여하였으며, 대한민국목조건축대전, 디지털건축대전,
차세대문화공간 건축상, 실내인테리어대전에서 입상하였다.

Tai Youn Kim, Designer
Tai Youn Kim graduated in Architecture from Hanyang University in February, 2009. While in school, Tai Youn participated in design competitions for Mok-dong Haenuri Town and Magok Waterfront. He also won prizes at Korea Wood Design Awards, Digital Architecture Awards, The Next-Generation Culture Architecture Awards, and Korea Interior Design Awards. 박기해는 황두진건축의 회계 및 총무 업무를 담당하고
업무지원팀장이자 직원들의 복지를 책임지는 ‘행복매니저’이다.
문구, 식품, 무역회사 등에서 8년 이상 회계업무 경력을
쌓았으며, 인테리어 디자인에도 관심이 많다.
박기해는 황두진건축의 회계 및 총무 업무를 담당하고

Ki-Hae Park is DJHA's office manager in charge of accounting and general affairs, as well as ' happiness manager' responsible for the staff's welfare. Over the past eight years, she has accumulated experience as an accountant at several companies, and her immense interest in interior design led her to join DJHA.

손 주 휘, 디자이너
한양대학교에서 건축을 전공한 손주휘는 재학 중 베링 해협
국제 아이디어 공모전 1등상 및 제6회 한국근대건축보존회
(도코모모코리아) 디자인 공모전 특선상을 수상하였다.
2007년에는 싱가포르국립대학에서 교환학생으로 수학하고
현지 CPG 코퍼레이션에서 인턴으로 근무하기도 했다.
작업과정의 매 순간을 즐기며 인간을 생각하는 건축을
창조하는 건축가가 되고자 노력한다.

Joohui Son, Designer
While he was in Hanyang University, Joohui Son won the 1st prize at the International Union of Architects(UIA) International Ideas Competition for the Bering Strait Project, and received an honorable mention in DOCOMOMO Korea Design Competition. In 2007, Joohui went to the National University of Singapore as an international exchange student, and worked at CPG Corporation as an intern. He aims to become an architect who truly enjoys every moment of work process and creates architecture showing concern for human being.

2012년 입사하게 된 양정원은 서울시립대학교에서 건축을

방법에 대하여 관심이 많았고 여러 번의 봉사활동과 전시활동
등을 통해 그 방법을 모색했다. 앞으로 그는 황두진 건축에서
다양한 프로젝트를 경험하면서 건축가의 건강한 자질과
사고를 배우길 기대한다.

Jeongwon Yang, who started his career at DJHA in 2012, majored in architecture at the University of Seoul. During undergraduate years, he was interested in various methods relating architectural thinking with the public. He tried to find the answer through experiencing a number of volunteer programs and by participating in different exhibitions. He expects to learn the art and craft of being an architect by experiencing various types of projects at DJHA.

조화롭게 겸비한 건축가가 되고자 한다.

재학시절 서울의 구가도시건축과 뉴욕의 로네트라일리건축,
지원킴건축에서 인턴으로 근무하면서 각기 다른 도시환경
속에서 건축이 갖는 의미에 대해 생각하게 되었다.
건축을 인간과 함께 나이 들어가는 하나의 생명체로 보고
시간이 지남에 따라 더 빛날 수 있는 건축을 추구한다.
자연히 전통건축과 리노베이션에도 관심이 많다.

Sohyun Jeon graduated from the Korea University with a degree in Architecture in 2011. While in school, Sohyun performed her internship at Guga Urban Architects in Seoul, Ronette Riley Architects and JeeWon Kim Architects in New York and through this experience she began to think about the subject of what architecture signifies in different urban settings. She regards a building as an organic material growing old with human and has respect for an architecture ageing with dignity over time. Naturally, she is interested in traditional buildings and how to renovate them for contemporary use within given contexts.

국민생명 연수원, 일신 문화센터 등의 업무를 수행하였다.
교보생명 인재 개발원 인테리어 리노베이션 등의 인테리어
프로젝트를 수행하면서 건축 작업이 외부에 국한되지 않고
내부와도 연계되고 소통되는 것에 책임을 느껴야 한다는
생각을 해왔다. 2000년 황두진건축사사무소의 개업과 함께
창립 멤버로서 아트프라자, 에어리어식스 등 동대문 지역의
오래된 도매시장 리노베이션과 연세대학교 상남기념관
강의실 및 라운지 인테리어 프로젝트를 수행하였다.
이후 인테리어 디자인과 시공에 대한 관심으로 3년간 동 분야의
현장실무를 경험한 후 2010년 황두진건축에 재합류하였다.

Seonjoo Cha, Design Manager
Seonjoo Cha studied architecture at Ajou University and started her career as an architect at Group 1 Architects and Engineers. In 1995, she joined TSKP Architects, a Connecticut-based Tai Soo Kim Partners’ Seoul office led by Doojin Hwang, and conducted several projects, such as Nara Rental’s Dormitory, Kookmin Life Insurance Training Center and Ilshin Cultural Center. She became aware of the architect’s responsibility to connect the interior space with the exterior while working on the interior renovation of Kyobo Life Insurance Human Resource Development Center. Seonjoo transferred to Doojin Hwang Architects in 2000 as a founder member and participated in the firm’s major projects including the renovation of old wholesale clothing markets in Seoul; Art Plaza and Area Six, as well as the interior design of the Sangnam Institute of Management in Yonsei University. With great interest in interior design and construction, Seonjoo developed her career as an interior designer for three years from 2008 and returned to DJHA in 2010. She raises two boys with an architect husband.

다양한 분야에서 활동하며 자신의 디자인 영역을 확장해왔고,
재학 기간 중 친환경건축 디자인공모전과 창작단편영화
‘무당벌레’로 부산 유니버시아드 컨텐츠 부문에 입상 경력이
있다. 그는 친환경 건축과 유니버설 디자인에 관심이 많다.
최유일은 경희대학교와 연세대 대학원 건축과를 거쳐

다양한 분야에서 활동하며 자신의 디자인 영역을 확장해왔고,

After studying Architecture at Kyunghee University and Yonsei Guraduate School, Yuil Choi joined DJHA in 2011. Yuil has expanded his creativity by working in various fields, such as architecture, film and food design and won a prize at Student Design Competition for Sustainable Design in Architecture. Also, The Ladybug, a short film he participated as co-director, won an award at Busan Universiade for Digital Contents. As an architect, he is interested in sustainable architecture and universal design.

최 윤 희, 팀장
최윤희는 영국 캠브리지대학 건축학부를 마치고
에이에이스쿨(Architectural Association School of
Architecture)에서 디플로마를 취득했다.
윌킨슨아이어건축사무소에서 싱가포르의 가든바이더베이
프로젝트에 참여했고, 제이슨브루즈스튜디오에서
인터랙티브한 조명과 테크놀로지를 결합한 공공미술
프로젝트를 진행했다. 2009년 영국왕립건축사(RIBA)를
취득했고, 2011년 서울로 돌아와 황두진건축에 합류했다.
한국의 건축적 도시적 전통과 문화가 잘 반영된
공공장소와 공간을 만들고자 한다.

최재복은 2004년 단국대학교 건축학과를 졸업하였다. SKM
건축사사무소에서 헤르만하우스02, 아름다운 골프&스파
리조트, 금호웨이하이리조트 등의 업무를 수행하였다.
2012년 황두진건축에 합류했고, 한국적 목구조에 관심을
두고 적극 업무에 임하고 있다. 이러한 건축적 관심을 황두진
건축에서 경포대 현대호텔 한옥별채 및 가회동 제이(J) 한옥
리노베이션의 프로젝트 매니저로 활동하는데 반영하고 있다.
최재복은 2004년 단국대학교 건축학과를 졸업하였다. SKM

Jaebok Choi, Chief Designer
Jaebok Choi graduated in architecture at the Dankook University in 2004. Prior to joining DJHA in 2012, he worked at the SKM architects where he conducted high profile projects such as Hermanhouse02, Arumdaun Golf & Spa Resort, Kumho Weihiresort. He is interested in the Korean timber structures and is actively engaged in their application. This interest of his found great resonance in projects such as the Hanok royal suite of Hotel Hyundai in Gyeongpodae and J Hanok renovation in Gahoe-dong, for which he is working as a project manager.

폰 라오하수카셈, 디자이너
폰 라오하수카셈은 2009년 태국의 출라롱콘(Chulalongkorn)
대학교 건축학과를 졸업했다. 출라롱콘 대학교 재학 중
사라사트 디자인(Sarasart Design), 콘우드(Conwood),
뉴 삼얀 마켓 스톨 디자인 프로젝트(New Samyan Market
Stall Design Project) 등의 공모전에서 대상을 수상했다.
2010년에는 이탈리아 밀라노 누오바 아카데미아 디 벨레
아르티(Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti Milano)에서
인테리어 디자인 석사를 취득했다. 석사 과정 수학 중
생태설계스튜디오에서 작업한 ‘새로운 에덴(New Eden)’ 이란
주제의 작업이 2010년 베네치아 비엔날레의 이탈리아
파빌리온에서 전시되었다. 상업 공간을 주로 디자인하는
콰트르 건축(Quatre Architect)에서 인턴 경험이 있고
에이크피만(Akepiman)과 엔세븐에이(N7A)에서 상업과
주거 공간 프로젝트들을 태국 전역에 걸쳐 진행하였다.
황두진건축에 오기 전 린탈라 에거트슨 건축(Rintala
Eggertsson Architects)에서는 유럽과 아시아의 주거,
설치, 생태 관련 프로젝트들을 담당했다. 각기 다른 곳의 건축,
문화 및 사람들에 대해 탐구하는 것을 즐긴다. 친환경적이고
생태적인 디자인에 관심이 있고 건축을 통해 사람들의 삶을
풍요롭게 하고자 한다.
폰 라오하수카셈은 2009년 태국의 출라롱콘(Chulalongkorn)
대학교 건축학과를 졸업했다. 출라롱콘 대학교 재학 중
사라사트 디자인(Sarasart Design), 콘우드(Conwood),
뉴 삼얀 마켓 스톨 디자인 프로젝트(New Samyan Market
Stall Design Project) 등의 공모전에서 대상을 수상했다.
2010년에는 이탈리아 밀라노 누오바 아카데미아 디 벨레
아르티(Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti Milano)에서
인테리어 디자인 석사를 취득했다. 석사 과정 수학 중
생태설계스튜디오에서 작업한 ‘새로운 에덴(New Eden)’ 이란
주제의 작업이 2010년 베네치아 비엔날레의 이탈리아
파빌리온에서 전시되었다. 상업 공간을 주로 디자인하는
콰트르 건축(Quatre Architect)에서 인턴 경험이 있고
에이크피만(Akepiman)과 엔세븐에이(N7A)에서 상업과

Ponn Laohasukkasem, Designer
Ponn Laohasukkasem received her Bachelor of Architecture from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand in 2009. While in school, she won first prizes in a number of competitions including the Sarasart Design Award, the Conwood Award, and the New Samyan Market Stall Design Award. She also earned a Master's Diploma in Interior Design from Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti Milano, Italy in 2010. Her student work in the Ecologic Studio under the topic 'New Eden' was selected to be presented at the Italian Pavilion, La Biennale di Venezia 2010. Professionally, Ponn has held an internship position at Quatre Architect focusing on a commercial showroom; and at Akepiman and N7A she worked on retail and residential projects throughout Thailand. Before coming to DJHA, Ponn worked at Rintala Eggertsson Architects where she was involved in a number of residential, installation, and ecological projects in Europe and Asia. Ponn enjoys exploring architecture, cultures, and people in different places around the world. She is particularly interested in sustainable ecological design and her professional goal is to provide better living for people through architecture.

홍수영은 대학에서 국어국문학을 전공했다. 문화와 예술, 그중
에서도 특히 건축에 대해 폭넓은 관심을 갖고 있다.
도예갤러리 스밈에서 국외 전시를 포함한 홍보 관련 일을 했고
서울영어마을 관악캠프에서는 영어동화 프로그램인 ‘리딩매직’
(Reading Magic)을 기획했다. 황두진건축사사무소에서는
오피스큐레이터로서 건축의 창작과정에서 생산되는 자료의 관리,
조사연구 및 대외관계업무 등을 하고 있다.
사회와 문화의 전반적인 흐름을 파악하는 섬세하고 명민한
눈과 귀를 가지려고 노력한다.

Suyoung Hong, Office Curator
Suyoung Hong majored in Korean literature and linguistics. She is interested in culture and art, and particularly in architecture . She handled public relations as a curator at SMIM, a ceramic art gallery; later at the Seoul English Village Gwanak Camp(SEVG), she developed ‘Reading Magic’, an English story book program. At DJHA, her work as an office curator puts her in charge of handling all the documentation for archiving and research purposes at every level of an architectural design practice. She also handles external relations. Being all eyes and ears when it comes to cultural and social events, her knowledge and human network in the Korean cultural scenes provide a valuable contribution to DJHA.
